Responsibilities:The Opportunity:The Supply Chain Strategy Manager (SC Guru Expert)r is responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of the company’s network infrastructure to support business growth and cost efficiency. This role involves leading large-scale transformational projects, defining capacity needs, and implementing strategic network solutions across regions. The position requires managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior leaders in Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Productivity, Transportation, and Engineering, to ensure integrated and effective network strategies. The ultimate goal is to optimize end-to-end network operations, drive significant cost savings, and support long-term business objectives.Your Impact:As Supply Chain Strategy Manager (SC Guru Expert) your scope would consist of
- Lead Transformational Network Projects:
Oversee network optimization for transportation warehousing , manufacturing and agrobusiness networks to support business growth and cost optimization. Manage large-scale projects with significant investments (>$500 million in CAPEX)
- E2E Network Strategy for Mid and Long-Term:
Define the best network strategy to support business growth and optimize total costs (agro, sourcing, manufacturing, movement, and GTM). Responsible for transformation optimizing models for Mexico.
- Strategic Network Projects for CARICAM:
Lead and implement strategic network projects for the CARICAM region
- Lead Center of Excellence (COE) for LatAm Network Design:
Define standard processes, methodologies, and best practices for network design. Lead governance with Operating Units (OUs), the Network organization in Mexico Capability Center (MCC), and the LatAm Network Strategy team.
- Advanced Analytics for Network Design:
Drive the development of analytical models for network design, handling more than 18 billion possible combinations.
- Capacity Mapping for Manufacturing and Warehousing LatAm:
Develop and maintain capacity maps for manufacturing and warehousing. Align stakeholders across LatAm, providing the foundation for investment planning in plants and warehouses.
- Develop E2E Supply Chain Optimization Models:
Create a Supply Chain Guru model for E2E optimization, identifying potential opportunities and targeting over $20 million in savings for PMF. Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?Education
- Professional in Engineering, Business Administration or any other similar major
Experience
- Deep supply chain knowledge: at least 7 years of experience in supply chain areas with knowledge of transportation, warehouse and manufacturing.
- At least 6 years of experience on Supply Chain Guru with model developting
- Deep knowledge of Python/VBA/SQL
- Fluid in English and Spanish
- Business know-how and knowledge
- Highly-oriented results
