The Global Monetization Strategy and Operation (MSO) organization here at TikTok is a down-to-earth strategic partner to our sales team with a holistic bird’s eye view. Our mission is to drive sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, cost and experience across TikTok monetization product and the global markets that we operate. We are looking to hire a Monetization Strategist Manager to oversee the LATAM market. The ideal person exhibits a strong analytical aptitude and unparalleled problem-solving skills, with a fervent commitment to transforming TikTok into the most intuitive and accessible global platform for advertising.About the role
We are in search of an individual with a background in strategic operations and business analysis. In this role, you will not only contribute to the bottom line by leading initiatives that foster revenue growth and operational scalability but also design data-driven strategies that uplift the sales team’s performance. With your analytical acumen and consultative prowess, you will be an instrumental figure in realizing quantifiable improvements in organizational effectiveness.Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and proactively engineer solutions to optimize processes.
– Conducting in-depth business analysis to outline existing challenges and present feasible solutions, thereby enhancing business processes and service delivery.
– Execute sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast growing sales organization
– Driving sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational scalability.
– Supporting the sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, culminating in an expanded customer base and increased revenue.
– Document data flows, operating procedures, and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement
– Support sales with day-to-day operations, prioritize requests, and solve escalations in a timely manner
– Work with other MSO members to resolve sales support issues, identify areas of improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy or growth role within a fast-paced technology company
– Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university
– Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership
– Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making. Technical proficiency in Salesforce or similar type of CRM solutions, Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
– Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently, multitask, adapting to changing priorities. Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
– Not afraid to roll up sleeves to get work done and a passion for TikTok.Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus.
