What you’ll do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for selected strategic Enterprise customers and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the executive and management levels
  • Exceed assigned quotas and other performance objectives
  • Provide account leadership and direction in the post-sales process
  • Partner with the customer program management team to drive implementations and high levels of adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals
  • Create and maintain account plans in alignment with the Vice President of Global Sales and execute the identified success criteria and playbooks
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to ensure clients realize full value of working with TomTom
  • Maintain the TomTom CRM regarding current deals, account activity, and revenue forecasts
  • Build a strong product knowledge of TomTom Product offerings to provide high levels of client satisfaction and provide product feedback to the product teams
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our client’s business

What you’ll need

  • University degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • 7 + years of experience in B2B sales/technical sales/product development/business development/licensing
  • Successful track record in high velocity land and expanded go to market sales
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects – passionate about technology adoption
  • Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levels
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent team player
  • Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Produce high-quality and accurate work consistently
  • Ability to travel
