Descrição da Vaga: DESCRIPTIONThe Latin Ametica (LATAM) Business Operations team supporting AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking an experienced, self-directed Business Operations Manager with strong operational, organizational, financial acumen, collaboration, and communication skills to support the strategic and analytical needs of the LATAM team growing. This is a high business impact role for a candidate who is passionate about driving operational excellence to maximize goal attainment across the business.Key job responsibilities
– Delivery Health Management: work with delivery and Professional Services teams to lead weekly inspection on all aspects of active project delivery, ensuring that the teams are achieving the outcomes for the engagement.
– Scale & Simplify Business Operations: Develop and implement mechanisms to drive continuous improvements across the business, including process automation/elimination.
– Work with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Global Business Operations teams to collect business requirements and ensure all methodologies, policies, and procedures are communicated and maintained.
– Provide strategic guidance to Business Leaders, bringing deep knowledge of Business Operations and proven execution of implementing best practices.
– Provide data-driven insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and standardized business metrics. Manage dashboards, regional reports and executive review documents, providing insights and partnership with our leaders to help look around the corner and plan for the future.
– Lead and review the end-to-end execution of annual planning process which includes, bookings, revenue, headcount, utilization and goal planning.
– Help author narratives and provide data insights and analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews.
– Lead utilization reviews, including hygiene inspection and deep dive analysis into gaps to goal; support strategies and initiatives to build and measure pipeline.
– Business planning; establish business rhythm and cadence, leading meetings through deliverables, outcomes and actions. Own agenda development and track follow-up actions and influence leaders to complete forward looking business plans.A day in the life

We are always looking for ways to scale our impact through automation and standardization.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 10+ years of experience working in Sales Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Delivery Operations, Operations Planning, or Business Operations within a Professional Services organization.
– Structured approach to projects and experience organizing projects using a portfolio or project management tool.
– Ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
– Experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC) or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Advanced degree (MBA)
– Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
