We are seeking talented individuals that are eager to use all their skills and competencies to deploy quickly our groundbreaking robotic assisted surgical therapies to patients, surgeons and hospitals in Brazil.A Day in the Life

  • You will be out in the field and travel frequently to meet with clients and colleagues. Occasionally work from home or from one of our many offices across Brazil.
  • You will engage with surgeon teams to assess the opportunity for expansion of robotic assisted surgery.
  • You will support surgical teams in leading hospitals to enhance and augment their clinical strategy through the use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System.
  • You will convince surgical teams of the benefits brought by the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System in areas of improved outcomes, benefits to patients, faster recovery, benefits of advanced surgical techniques, superiority of advanced 3D & high-resolution imaging during surgery, benefits of digital solution for surgery, ease of use for surgical teams, OR efficiency, cost effectivity.
  • You will engage and to convince budget-holders and executives in leading hospitals by jointly developing business cases and total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons and cost per procedure analysis to support making informed decisions regarding the purchase and use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System.
  • You will structure and develop presentations, pitches, proposals and contracts.
  • You will work in teams with minimal invasive surgery specialists and technical support teams on jointly developing business opportunities.

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leading negotiations and selling complex medical capital equipment with a proven track record of success. Experience with robotics’ sales is a very important plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Speak English and one or more other languages relative to the geographical location of your job. Portuguese, in this case.
  • Modern computer literacy.
  • Availability to leave in São Paulo / SP – Brazil and to travel around the country for 50% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license (B).

Nice to haves

  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Advanced Spanish.
