  • As a Program Specialist, you will manage projects within the safety program. This role will help in leading, supporting BAUs, planning and executing, and monitoring regional level and cross-regional, as well as mega-region projects.
  • This individual will work closely with partners to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, meeting the objective it was crafted for, and ultimately deliver the promised benefits for the organization.
  • You will be working in projects related to improve our efficiency in the operational sites, customer satisfaction and quality of our support processes.

What you will do:

  • Driving key safety projects like new product launch/ new process launch/ process improvement across LatAm Region
  • Monitoring Safety Support operational metrics; identifying and fixing any negative movements in the metrics.
  • Leading weekly/monthly operating reviews with partner teams at COE and BPO; addressing operational issues and calling out resourcing needs, if any.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety support policies,
  • Representing Safety Support function in different forums; apprising relevant stakeholders with progress on key safety support initiatives.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams like Safety Ops, Business Ops, Legal, Comms, Policy, LERT to facilitate swift incident resolution, whenever required.
  • Periodical syncs with teams like safety ops, rider/ driver experience, vendor management, content and governance, and others; exchanging ideas and aligning our approach on common priorities.
  • Thinking creatively, identifying data trends, suggesting improvements and helping in creating efficient safety support processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced/Fluent English skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working either in customer support, consulting, project management
  • Planning And Organization: Should be able to clearly articulate the steps involved in planning for a project and the steps require to deliver against the planned timelines
  • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication to drive decision making while interacting with cross functional stakeholders
  • Problem Solving: Should be able to understand the underlying problem behind a falling metrics and identify 2-3 options to fix that problem
