- Conduct outbound calls, messages, and chat simultaneously to potential customers through various outbound sales techniques
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities to nurture clients
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Proven experience in outbound sales or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer skills (Google Workspace)
- Persistence and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills;- Empathy and patience;
- Responsible, punctual and flexible;
- Knowledge of online games/entertainment will be a plus
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Willing to work on-site
