Descrição da Vaga: Job DescriptionOur Global Payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Sr Manager Global Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will work closely with the Accounting, People Ops and Benefits teams. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all payroll cycles and payroll associated tasks.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll in LATAM regionProvide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process.Assist with all payroll related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements, maintaining updated documentation for all payroll related processes and providing recommendations as appropriate.Process and complete all year-end activities to ensure compliance with regard to filing reports, remittances and returns with appropriate tax authorities.Other duties may be assigned.QualificationsRequires a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with full-cycle payroll processing in Brazil and other LATAM countriesExperience in termination Calculation, Holidays, Tax, e-Social, R, FGTS and INSS etc.3 years Accounting/Finance background or similar college diploma/degree.Payroll qualification/certification preferred.Experience working in a high-tech, high-growth company preferredWorkday experience is a plus.RequirementsCurrent experience and in-depth knowledge of payroll systems and reporting functionsIntermediate/Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) & computer literacy requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem solving skills in a growing and dynamic environmentAbility to provide excellent customer service and work well in teams to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multi-tasking skills, and flexibility to switch from one project to the next quicklyMust be able to speak/write Portuguese and Spanish.Strong organization skillsEnergetic and dedicate, “Can do” personality with the ability to hit the ground runningAttention to detail and accuracy a mustMust be able to speak/write Portuguese and Spanish.Where We Work
