Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you’ll doAs the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) AE, you are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high growth, fast paced, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. You are responsible for developing and closing new business and growing our footprint in current customers accounts by selling additional products and services within an assigned territory. You are accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with the account executives, internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem. The ECS professional will work together with the Account Management team in Docusign largest accounts in the region to support our strategy with these customers. You will report to the sales manager and will play a key role in expanding our presence in different areas and with additional solutions within the accounts. This individual will bring DocuSign solutions to our existing Enterprise space accounts and prospects in the LATAM territory.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales.Responsibility

  • Identify and explore new opportunities in the Account
  • Support Account Executive in conducting opportunities until closing phase
  • Act as an advisor to customers proposing solutions and connecting internal teams
  • Work together with extended teams to deploy the account strategy
  • Sell new projects (upsell, cross sell) growing our footprint in the account
  • Support the renewals team in contract renewals seeking additional upsell
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to approve pricing and sales strategy
  • Travel as necessary, typically 10%

Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.   • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of direct full cycle, software sales experience in a quota-carrying role

Preferred

  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling web-based products/services
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Proficient computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiar with Google suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
