Responsibilities:The OpportunityThis position is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager for CAPEX with a spend ~USD 98MM, in the execution of long-term and short-term sourcing strategies to guarantee an operational excellence agenda, including KPIs, process improvement and project management interfacing and engaging with key suppliers (Local, Regional and Global) and multifunction stakeholders, such as Engineering, supply chain, Manufacturing and finance.as well as aligned with Regional and Global Procurement.Additionally, develop and recommend procurement synergies aiming at bringing solutions to the business and capturing value and innovation from suppliers, always assessing end-to-end impacts and opportunities.Before these activities was not done and it is relevant o the business to bring efficiency, innovation and faster results to the business.This position is aligned with HR and leadership, considering the new org. approved for Procurement Brazil – fase 2Your ImpactAs Analista de Procurement – CAPEX your functions would consist of:
- Responsable for support the Capex Manager in the negotiation of the categories below and also develop a strategic sourcing aligned with business.
- Machinery& Equipment 57%
- Civil Works 21%
- Racks & Installations 18%
- Sustainability 3%
- Documentation support Suppliers
- Responsible for SOX report for vehicle category
- Responsible for SPM – (Supplier Performance Management), SRM (Supplier Relantioship Management) and BCP (Business Contingency plan) programs for Procurement logistic area in Brazil
- In a challenging environment, act as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to purchasing excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding).
- Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision, and as a member of a team, making quality, on-demand decisions
- Bring innovation to the category, TCO analyses and a new model driving savings at local market level and delivering svgs on a yr/yr basis.
- Ensure the implementation of legal contract management process that will cover 100% of Suppliers for this category
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance Team to provide the best alternatives for CAPEX category, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc.
- Build a strong relationship with the internal clients ( Supply Chain, Legal; Finance; IT; etc.)
- Open communication with the CAPEX Regional and Global Procurement team to be aligned with the strategy short and long term
- Relationship with stakeholders and suppliers for seeking new transformation projects
- High communication and organizational skills
Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?
- Degree in Administration, Logistic, Engineering or Economy
- English and Spanish skills – desirable
- Skill to identify and take the opportunities
- Knowledge in financial analysis and cost modeling
- Knowledge in negotiations at least 2 year
- Excel – advanced
- Power BI – desirable
